This policy explains how NIXIM processes information in connection with nexiom.xyz. Solana, wallets, RPC providers, explorers, and linked services operate separately.
2. Information
- Public Solana data requested through the interface, including wallet addresses, mint addresses, program accounts, transaction signatures, balances, and token data.
- Technical logs made available by hosting or security providers, such as IP address, browser type, request time, and error data.
- Local browser data used for interface preferences, local launch records, and temporary image previews.
- Messages you send to support, legal, or security contacts.
3. How information is used
We may use information to operate the interface, respond to requests, prevent abuse, investigate security issues, comply with law, and improve reliability.
4. Public blockchain data
Solana is a public blockchain. Transactions, wallet addresses, token mints, program interactions, balances, and other activity can be public and difficult or impossible to reverse.
NIXIM cannot delete data from Solana that it does not control.
5. Sharing
Information may be processed by hosting, security, email, analytics, RPC, and other service providers when necessary to operate the service. We may also disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users and the service.
