Lawful use

Use NIXIM only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not harm people, networks, wallets, or the integrity of the service.

Prohibited activity

• Fraud, theft, money laundering, sanctions evasion, phishing, credential theft, or malware.
• Market manipulation, fake volume, wash trading, deceptive liquidity, or knowingly false claims.
• Impersonation, trademark abuse, or pretending a token is officially associated with another person or organisation.
• Attempts to disrupt, overload, or bypass reasonable security controls on the hosted interface.

Enforcement

We may restrict or de-index content in the hosted interface where reasonably necessary for legal, security, or safety reasons. We cannot erase public Solana activity we do not control.
